Inserted in the historic heart of Matera, the restaurant respects and enhances the typical features of the city, merging them with the style of BurBaCa's now consolidated franchise. Local stone and wood are enhanced in the longitudinal space covered by a barrel vault, highlighting the symmetries through central elements, such as the counter, and mirrored components, such as iron tables and bookcases.
