The house is located in the port of Ponza and enjoys a unique view. Entering the house you are immediately greeted by a large space with kitchenette and a nautical wooden staircase that leads to the large terrace. The entire renovation takes into account the place and the traditions, the grits on the ground with floral motif borders extend throughout the floor except for the corridors where a blue terracotta was chosen. Each room has a view towards the sea, so as to always have a look towards nature. The terrace is accessible thanks to a staircase with a motorized skylight, which gives light to the lower floor and is the only hint of modernity.
